Personal Nursing

Our Personal Nursing service also sometimes referred to as "Concierge Nursing" or "Private Duty Nursing" provides clients with direct access to a dedicated Registered Nurse who oversees every aspect of their care. This includes personalized assessments, care coordination, medication oversight, communication with healthcare providers, and ongoing monitoring to ensure each client’s needs are met with precision and compassion. With a personal nurse guiding the process, families gain peace of mind knowing an experienced professional is managing the details and advocating for their loved one’s well‑being.

Home Health Aides

Our Home Health Aides deliver hands‑on support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. They assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene. Under the guidance of our personal nurse, aides follow a tailored care plan designed specifically for each client’s needs, ensuring consistent, reliable, and respectful support. In some cases, our personal nurse also acts as the Home Health Aide. 

Home Companions

Our Home Companions provide the social connection and day‑to‑day assistance that help clients feel engaged, supported, and less isolated. Companions offer conversation, supervision, help with errands, transportation to appointments, meal preparation, and general household support. Their presence brings comfort, routine, and companionship—especially for clients who benefit from emotional support and friendly interaction throughout the day. In some cases, our personal nurse also provides home companionship as well.

Respite Care

At Olson Home Care, we understand that family caregivers give so much of themselves every day. Our respite care services provide short‑term, reliable support so caregivers can rest, recharge, or attend to personal needs while knowing their loved one is safe and well cared for at home. Whether for a few hours or several days, our trained Care Partners offer companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and supervision — all guided by the oversight of our dedicated nurse. Respite care gives families the peace of mind they deserve and the balance they need to continue providing loving support.
