About Olson Home Care
Olson Home Care was founded in Connecticut by Britani Olson, a dedicated Registered Nurse whose passion for helping others began close to home. While caring for her uncle and grandmother, Britani saw firsthand how challenging it can be for families to find reliable, compassionate support for their loved ones. Balancing full‑time work, raising her own family, and serving seniors through large healthcare organizations, she recognized a growing need in the community—skilled nurses and trusted professionals who could provide personalized, dignified care to our aging population.
Driven by that vision, Britani created Olson Home Care to offer a higher, more attentive standard of support. Today, the company continues her mission: delivering thoughtful, individualized care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and connected in the place they call home.

Founder, Olson Home Care
Britani Olson is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to compassionate, community‑focused care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Connecticut State University before continuing her education at Goodwin University, where she completed her Degree in Nursing.
Britani’s clinical background spans multiple areas of senior and community health. She began her career in a Skilled Nursing Facility, providing short‑term rehabilitation support to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. She went on to spend four years in homecare, delivering personalized, in‑home nursing services that strengthened her belief in the importance of individualized support.
With more than six years of experience in care management, Britani has guided countless patients and families through complex healthcare needs, ensuring they receive the right services at the right time. During the COVID‑19 pandemic, she also served in the state’s COVID call center, offering critical guidance, education, and support during an unprecedented time.
Driven by her passion for helping others and her firsthand understanding of the challenges families face, Britani founded Olson Home Care to bring a higher, more personal standard of care to her community. Her mission is simple: to ensure every client receives the dignity, attention, and expert support they deserve.
